Also called "chocolat plastique" or chocolate plasticine. Dark chocolate taste. Never totally hardens, therefore is palatable when set. Warm by kneading like rolling fondant. Holds shape and easy to use. Enables the pastry artisan to roll and sheet, model or shape any creation.
Uses: roses, lillies, carnations, chocolate braiding, figurines, cakes, center pieces, show pieces, etc.
