Simply sprinkle this liquid stabilizer into your liquid cream before whipping. This product prevents "pastry bag drip" or the separation of water from whipped cream. It does not stiffen whipped cream and prevents cream yellowing.
Uses: for chantilly cream, plated desserts, whipped cream icings, cream puffs, etc.
