This specialty base is most flavored to give you the best-tasting ice-cream. It is designed for batch freezers, yogurt or soft-serve machines.
Ice Cream: Stir well, then add 2 quarts Base to 4 1/2 gallons of Mix (10% by volume of total Mix).
Frozen Yogurt: Stir well, then ad 12 fl. oz. to one gallon of Mix (approximately 10% by volume of total Mix). Stir mixture and add to soft serve machine.
Milkshake: Use 1 oz. to flavor a 16 oz. shake.
