Frozen Pre-Proofed Pre-Egg Washed, Ready to Bake

Traditional French style Butter Croissants with flaky outer layers and soft interior layers, made with 100% real butter. Your own freshly baked croissants will have the same taste, texture and buttery aroma you find in Parisian pastry shops.

Freezer to Oven: This product is pre-proofed. Do not defrost. Store the box in the freezer, removing only the quantity you want to bake right away. Place them on a lined baking sheet, and allow them rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Then bake them immediately in a 360 degree F oven until a golden brown (about 13 or 14 minutes). Note: Oven temperature and baking times vary depending on your oven.
