Top of the line Danish hard set chocolate compound coating with a clean snap and high gloss. Very versatile. Some chefs substitute this for real chocolate. Contains less than 0.5% trans fat.
Uses: dipping, coating, hollow shell molding, solid molding, enrobing, etc.
Ingredients: Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin
