These five-layer Paves come packed two half-sheets per case and are ready to serve on a pre-measured cutting board so that you can "score to size" to fit and application of your liking. They can be served whole, bars, squares, triangles, "petit four" (bite-size), etc. and cut with precision to meet your culinary dessert needs.

Ingredients: Cream, sugar, water, egg white, unbleached wheat flour, egg yolk, butter, expeller canola oil, cocoa powder processed with alkali, dark chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, soya lecithin, vanilla), rum, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyraphosphate, potato starch), mint, gelatin, vanilla, salt, mint leaves.
